The illustration is Crafted with sketches, Photoshop, the artwork weaves epic fantasy narratives, blending ink-wash textures with modern grit. What is the Tribe Vault’s return policy?

We want you thrilled with your Vault print. If it’s not perfect, contact us within 14 days for a return, subject to Elijah Loving’s policy. Returns must be in original condition. Reach out via elijahloving.com, and we’ll guide you through the process with Tribe loyalty!

What if the design work does not meet my expectations?

We aim to achieve the perfect design that aligns with your needs. The job isn’t complete until you’re 100% satisfied with the expected deliverables.

This is why we partner with Milanote; you can tell us, show us, and even send a video to coordinate your needs.

Who controls the intellectual property of the designs/illustrations?

You purchased it, you own it! As a valued CCS client, your subscription comes with full copyrights to the designs and illustrations we create for you.

Our only request is that you spread the word, share your experience with others, contribute to the promotion of hope (Tikvah), and uplift the world to new heights.

What types of services are not covered in the subscription?

We specialize in various design services but currently do not provide services for 3D Modeling, Animation, Packaging, Application Design, UX, or UI design.

Do you provide a refund if I am not satisfied with the service?

The value of setting up a subscription is the ability for real-time collaboration with a boutique design firm.  Our workflow revolves around customization and flexibility.  Collaboration via your customized Tikvah inc. CSS Milanote page allows you to share your requests with me directly in real-time. As our commitment is to deliver the highest quality in design work and customer service, please note that we do not offer refunds.
