Expect 5–7 business days for delivery, weather and marauding bandits permitting. This ensures your treasure arrives pristine, ready to grace your wall as a beacon of creative resilience. Tribe, Your edition number is assigned on a first come first serve basis, Elijah Loving inscribes it on the certificate and plaque, with your personalized letter. Missed payments? Tribe, it’s like a glitch in the Matrix, disruptive but we can be fixable. We’ll touch base via email or phone (your courier quest contact) before each charge, confirming all’s well. If a payment bounces (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds), we’ll retry once after 48 hours, then pause the plan. Your Illustration stays reserved, but no progress until resolved—reach out, and we’ll guide you through updating your Square details. Repeated misses could lead to cancellation (no fee, but payments non-refundable), freeing the edition for another Patron. To avoid chaos, set calendar reminders or enable Square’s auto-alerts. Shorter plans? Possible, but you’d pay the difference upfront to accelerate. Note: This doesn’t alter non-refundable payments already made, and your Illustration remains reserved. We’ll recalculate installments (e.g., from $323.07/month to $161.61/month) and confirm before proceeding. Rare denials occur if editions are nearing sell-out. Shipping is domestic only with in These United States, from our Iowa command base, to keep costs grounded and deliveries swift (once production and quality checks are done, 5–7 days with tracking). International Patrons? We’re plotting expansions, but for now, consider a US forwarding service (at your risk). As for returns: These limited-edition Illustrations are custom-forged treasures, once shipped, no refunds or exchanges, as they’re collector’s items with personalized elements (plaque, certificate, letter, and more). Inspect upon arrival; if damaged in transit (rare as they may be), contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll replace or repair via our UV-epoxy artisans.
