At Tikvah Inc., our team comprises a single designer/illustrator – me! This simplicity eliminates any guesswork or middleman; we’ll communicate directly to meet your needs. Your subscription projects are my focus. However, if, during the design process, we discover the need for additional expertise, i.e., app development or UX/UI design, we’ll seamlessly guide you through the process of bringing in the right partner, and I will remain your project lead and primary contact.
While our standard turnaround time from request to completion is an impressive two business days or less, more intricate job requests might require a bit more time. As a CCS subscriber, you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of requests to your queue. If you opt for the CCS Standard subscription, your projects will be delivered sequentially. Upgrade to the CCS Pro subscription, and we’ll enhance your experience by delivering two projects simultaneously.
We understand that the design requirements of your business may vary. You can easily pause your subscription anytime if you have only one or two job requests and don’t need a full month’s worth of service. Upon completing your current project, keep your subscription, saving the remaining days for a future project when the timing aligns with your needs. We value your loyalty.
Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day timeframe. For instance, if you utilize our services for 15 days and choose to pause your subscription, you’ll have an additional 16 days of remaining services available for use at any time.
We value your partnership. The subscriptions are purchased on a month-to-month basis. Purchase a month, and once your request is processed with the design work completed, you can pause your subscription. When you have more design work, you can easily unpause your subscription, utilizing the remaining days in your month. There’s no need to let those days go to waste.
